As things change and grow here at Streams in the Desert Refllexology & Wellness, I am constantly having to adapt also to keep up!
Most of you have been great at letting me know with plenty of notice if something comes up and you won’t be able to make your appointment. THANK YOU! However, I am still getting quite a few last minute cancellations. As you can imagine, this really affects both my personal finances AND limits others from the sometimes much-needed opportunity to get on the schedule. It is very difficult to fill a cancellation unless several days notice is given, simply because I am hands-on with people all day and don’t have the down time to reach out to try to fill the spot. So even though there are many who would want/need the spot, it ends up being simply wasted time.
Thus, I am implementing a NEW 72-hour Cancellation Policy effective immediately. However, it would be very helpful if you could let me know at leastONE WEEK in advance of cancellations.
If less than 72 hours notice is given, you will be billed for 50% of the appointment cost via email invoicing ($55.00).
If less than 48 hours notice is given, you will be billed for 75% of the appointment cost via email invoicing ($82.50).
If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will be billed for the full cost of the appointment via email invoicing ($110).
With that being said, I do know that life happens and don’t want to be unreasonable. If there is a true emergency situation that is out of your control, just reach out to me and I will be understanding in such cases.

I suggest that when you schedule your appointment with me, that you add it to your personal calendar with a reminder for 3 days before. I appreciate your understanding and diligence on this matter.
